Below, you’ll find your rights as a patient, as well as the role you play in ensuring your own recovery journey proceeds smoothly.

Your Rights - What You Can Expect

You will receive accurate, understandable information about your condition, proposed treatments and possible alternatives.
Your privacy and personal data will be strictly protected, and you will be treated with dignity and respect.
You are entitled to a safe, clean and culturally considerate stay, including language support and dietary preferences.
You have the right to ask for a second opinion, to refuse or accept treatment after full explanation, and to receive a clear cost-estimate before starting.
All patients are treated equally—regardless of language, nationality, religion or age.

Your Responsibilities - What We Ask From You

Please provide full and honest details about your health history, medications, travel / prior treatment, and any other relevant information.
Communicate openly with your doctor and care-team: ask questions when unclear, and inform us immediately if your condition changes.
Respect hospital, interpreter and accommodation rules (visitor policy, no-smoking zones, scheduled appointments).
Attend your scheduled consultations, follow post-treatment instructions, and complete prescribed medications unless advised otherwise
Understand that advance notice is appreciated if you must cancel or reschedule any part of your travel or stay.
You are responsible for any payments due, unless covered by a confirmed insurance / facilitation agreement.
